SFA Success Summit 2026 — Don’t Stop at SFA Implementation: The Cutting Edge of Utilization That Delivers Results —
The adoption rate of SFA is increasing year by year.
However, many companies commonly report challenges such as “data not being entered,” “failure to fully utilize the system,” and “the system not taking root on the front lines.”
The value of SFA is not realized simply by implementing it.
What determines the results is how the system is operated after implementation and how it is integrated into sales activities.
The SFA Success Summit 2026 is a conference held under the theme, “How to leverage SFA to drive results.”
The event will bring together experts at the forefront of sales transformation, AppExchange partners supporting the Salesforce ecosystem, and specialized companies from various fields driving sales digital transformation.
Going beyond mere tool demonstrations, the summit will share the mindset and practical knowledge needed to drive sales results. We are honored to welcome Ms. Yukari Kuramoto, Executive Officer and CPrO (Chief Productivity Officer) at Persol Holdings, Inc., as our keynote speaker.
Ms. Kuramoto is known as the author of the report and essay “Why Is Sales Productivity in Japan So Low?”—published during her tenure at McKinsey & Company—and has been a leading voice in discussions on improving sales productivity at Japanese companies.
Currently, as CPrO at Persol Holdings, she oversees cross-functional productivity improvements across sales and marketing and is driving company-wide transformation.
He has supported sales reforms at more than 20 B2B companies to date and continues to actively share insights on topics such as sales productivity and the use of AI.
In this presentation, building on the issues raised in *Why Is Sales Productivity in Japan So Low?*, he will discuss the structural challenges facing the sales organizations of Japanese companies and the mindset required to ensure that SFA functions as a foundation for sales transformation rather than merely as a management tool.
